Great company. We had a great experience when we purchased our trampoline a year ago and when I reached out recently about a warranty issue it couldn’t have been easier. Jarred responded immediately and the process was so simple. When they came out to fix it I wasn’t home so I told them to just go ahead. When I got back and saw the repair I was absolutely amazed. I have no idea how they were able to make it perfect again. 100x would recommend them. Totally worth the great experience and customer service!!

Jason was such a champ, sweating it out in the heat when I couldn't make up my mind on which one to pick. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He's not pushy, which is great because that will end a sale quick with me. It was a gift for my daughter's 8th birthday and we figured an investment for our future grandkids. I was also impressed with the delivery guys! Usually the people who deliver are wham bam and they are outta there but these guys spent so much time trying to help me decide on the best spot for my swing. I wish I would have had cash to tip them because they were an added pleasant surprise! Everyone I encountered represented that company well! We love our swingset!

We purchased a playground this summer with the help of John Carter. He was very helpful, Knowledgeable, and patient with us. We checked out the different structures in person and brought our 2 little ones. He brought us out waters for all 4 of us. We decided on one set, paid our deposit, and left. John gave us a catalog and told us to let him know if he had any questions. He said we could follow up with him via email, cell, or office.Fast forward a few days, we decided on a different structure and John helped us thru it all. He even helped with a scaled picture on the playground in our backyard!We had a slight hiccup with our HOA and John was right there to help us figure out a solution. Together with the help of John and the owner of Tree Frogs, we were able to get things approved for the HOA.The team overall is outstanding. Customer service is the best and I definitely recommend others to check them out.

Very satisfied! Jarred did a great job helping me come up with the best design to suit my growing 8 year old son. The dimensions were critical being that I had a small footprint from which to work with so I wanted to maximize the design to get the most enjoyment out of it and Jared did just that! My son loves his new Tree Frogs Wooden Swing Set Factory fort! He's already selling lemonade out of the snack bar! LOL! The 7.4 Megadeck gave us the added height to install a longer slide and make things slightly more challenging for a fast growing boy so that he can get more mileage out of his playhouse, swing, rockwall and slide for several years! I can even play Tic-Tac-Toe with him! The installers did an amazing job too! Thank you!

Derek was my salesman and I truly believe he was God sent. I explained to him that I was on a budget and that this swing set was a surprise for my 3 yr old grandson. On my arrival to frog tree with my grandson (who actually thought we were going to the playground) Derek took the time to see exactly what the needs and desires of my lil man were. He set up the perfect swing set without breaking the bank. Everything went as planned from the picking out the perfect swing all the way to the arrival and set up of my swing. On another note I live in Houston and we just went through a hurricane. A lot of damage to surrounding properties but the "frog tree" .. swing set did withstand the 90 mile an hour wind gust. Purchased an in ground basketball goal and it was installed within a week. My kids are very pleased with it. It is tough, strong and will endure many hours of play over many years. Service was great, friendly and informative. We went back to tree frogs after a similar positive experience with a playground we had installed a few years ago.

I went to their store along I-45 in the Woodlands a few weeks ago. I bought a nice swing set for my grand children who live in South Carolina. Tree Frogs arranged the shipment, I didn't have to do a thing. I was e-mailed with tracking number when it was on the way and it actually arrived early. We recently had the 6.5 Jaguar config. 3 Playcenter w/Wood Roof and added the monkey bars to it along with the Ryval C660 basketball goal. The playcenter is amazing!! It is so big and sturdy and looks so inviting, I wish I had one when I was a kid. My 3 year old son and 6 year old daughter are in hog heaven!!! The basketball goal is absolutely legit!! My husband is an avid player and says the goal solid and professional. We love how easy it is to change the heigth for our kiddos to play too. David was so helpful in helping us pick the right design for our family and we are so grateful!!

Hands down amazing! Not only the quality of the sets but the customer service. We went to the 2920 location and Jeremy was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable since there are so many options, he was kind and just around amazing! Then Jose and his partner came 10 days later to install the set and he was amazing! He was patient, kind and willing to move the set wherever it needed to go. Also the guys worked hard in the rain.. which was totally unexpected. We have been very pleased with our set and have had many kids already enjoy the amazing house of fun it provides.

My family loves our TreeFrog Swing Set. The swing set was an investment, but well worth it. Working with Brian at Tree Frogs was very easy and he really helped get the perfect set for us. We have a large family and this set works for all ages. Even the high school kids hang out with their friends on the swings. We just had the annual maintenance done, and the set looks brand new.

My neighbor has one for their kids and my grand daughters would go over there every time they came to visit. The netting is very strong and safe for all size adults and kids. The springs on the rectangle tramp is the highest quality you can get. That makes a huge difference! Very safe jump! Thank you for a great product, super salesman, and hardworking installers.
